This machine is used for the measurement of tiles in automatic: controlling dimension of caliber diagonal.Caliber defects are controlled by cameras and photocells placed on horizontal and diagonal positions. We can detect all the defects in order for determinate the quality of the tile.
The planarity control depends on five optical sensors. These sophisticated sensors can control any possible tile deformations on the total of the tile surface.
The diagonality are obtained with the same cameras as many steps on the tile.

Minimum: 300 x 300 mm.
