Device for automatic size control of tiles.
It is composed of two parts: Caliber size control and Planarity control.
Caliber defects are controlled by cameras and photocells placed on horizontal and diagonal positions. We can detect all the defects in order to guarantee the best tile quality.
The Planarity control depends on five optical sensors. These sophisticated sensors can control any possible tile deformations on the total of the tile surface.

Minimum: 150 x150 mm. 
Maximum: 600 x 600 mm.
